What information we process

Your name, email address, company if provided, sector of interest and message content. Please only provide the information needed to explain your project and avoid including sensitive or third-party data.

Required fields allow us to identify your enquiry and respond. To protect the form from abuse, the server maintains attempt counters associated with an identifier derived from the IP address; those counters do not contain your enquiry text.

How this form works

When you select Send, the website validates the data and passes it to the Byte Crafters server to email the enquiry through Resend. Confirmation appears when the service accepts the submission; it does not guarantee that the email has already reached the inbox. If submission cannot be confirmed, you can retry without losing your text. The website does not keep a draft or an enquiry database; the message is processed by the sending service and in Byte Crafters’ email.

Purpose and legal basis

We process data to respond, clarify your needs and, if requested, prepare a proposal. The legal basis for initial contact is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time without affecting prior processing. Where a contractual relationship is initiated with you, the applicable legal basis for pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) will also apply, where appropriate.

The form does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not make automated decisions or create profiles based on this enquiry.

How long we keep data

We will retain your enquiry for as long as needed to address it and follow up on the requested project. Once this ends, or if you withdraw consent, data that is no longer necessary will be deleted, without prejudice to restricted retention where required by law or during applicable liability periods. If a service is contracted, its records will be retained in accordance with the relevant obligations.

Who can access data

Your enquiry will be handled by Byte Crafters and may be processed by email or technology support providers as necessary to deliver those services. We do not sell your data. We do not automatically forward forms to manufacturers. Any disclosure necessary for the project must have an appropriate legal basis.

If you contact us directly by email, that transmission is subject to your email provider’s terms. Hosting and support providers may process the technical data needed to deliver the service and keep it secure, in accordance with their terms and applicable agreements.

Resend

We use Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) for transactional email. It processes the message data needed to provide the service and maintain technical records. This processing may involve transfers to the United States. Its terms describe the safeguards applicable to international transfers.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification or erasure of your data, as well as restriction, objection or portability where applicable. You may also withdraw your consent. Write to dpo@bytecrafters.es and specify the right you wish to exercise. Additional identification will only be requested where necessary to verify your request.

If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Cookies and browsing

This website does not include advertising analytics or tracking pixels and does not store enquiries in your browser. It only saves your language choice on this device to remember it for future visits. You can change it using the ES / EN selector or delete it in your browser settings. If tools are added or enquiry submission changes, this information will be updated and consent requested where necessary.
